Pitch deck sharing

1. Upload the PDF or PowerPoint deck you already use.
2. Create a share link for an investor, adviser, partner, or other audience.
3. Choose that link’s password, expiration, email, and download settings.
4. Send the link. The recipient opens the deck in a browser without creating a DeckPeek account.
5. Review opens and page-level engagement before deciding how to follow up.

Create a different link for each conversation instead of duplicating the deck. Each link keeps its own access settings and activity, which makes it easier to understand which send produced a visit.

You can revoke or expire one link without interrupting the others. Name links for the recipient, firm, event, or outreach group so the analytics remain useful later.

Every link can be revoked, protected with a password, given an expiration date, configured to collect a viewer email, and set to show or hide the one-click download action.

Pro adds verified viewer email, email and domain access lists, agreement gates, viewer-specific watermarks, and browser-level screenshot deterrence. Use the controls that fit the sensitivity of the deck and the relationship with its recipient.

These controls are not DRM. Hiding the download action, adding a watermark, or deterring screenshots cannot guarantee that an authorized viewer will not retain or photograph visible content.

A recipient opens the link in a browser and completes only the access steps you selected. They do not need to register for a DeckPeekaccount.

If the link is public, the deck opens directly. A protected link may first ask for a password, an email address, email verification, or agreement acceptance. Expired and revoked links no longer open the deck.

Analytics can show opens, return visits, total and average viewing time, completion, and attention by page or slide. When email capture is enabled, activity can also include a viewer-supplied email address; Pro can require that address to be verified.

Treat these measurements as follow-up signals, not proof that a specific person read, understood, or agreed with the deck. Browser behavior, network conditions, blocked scripts, and repeated sessions can affect the results.

An email attachment gives the recipient a file copy. Once delivered, that copy cannot be recalled, and the attachment itself does not provide DeckPeek viewing analytics.

A share link gives you a few additional options:

• Create independent links for the same pitch deck.
• Change access settings or revoke future link access.
• Replace the current document version without creating new links.
• Review opens, return visits, completion, and page-level activity.

A link cannot recall a copy that a viewer already downloaded or captured. Keep that limitation in mind when sharing confidential material.

Update a deck after sending it

Replace the current document version to update the content associated with its existing share links. Review active-link behavior before replacing material that is already in circulation.

Share PDF and PowerPoint decks

DeckPeek supports PDF and PPTX pitch decks, along with DOCX, XLSX, JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, and M4V files. Office files are prepared as browser-viewable copies before recipients can open them.

Does a viewer need a DeckPeek account?

No. A viewer completes only the access steps configured for that link.

Can I see who viewed my pitch deck?

You can see link activity. If you collect a viewer email, the activity may include that self-reported address; Pro can require verification. Analytics should still be treated as signals rather than proof of identity or intent.

Is pitch deck sharing free?
